ついに2023年5月に東京オフライン開催！
ユニティは国境の壁を超えてyouthたちが高め合う、
そのGLTPが、トビタテ！
多国籍✖東京開催！ということで、
【東京開催！All English＊多国籍＊本気でリーダーシップを高め合う3日間のGLTP Summitを開催します】
AustraliaとBrazilからファシリテーターを招き、3日間、超国際交流をしながらリーダーシップを高め合います。参加者はトビタテ生をはじめ、各国から国費で留学してきている国家公務員クラスの留学生たち、内閣府青年国際交流事業の参加経験者等、交流したら楽しい事間違いない！の人たちです。

■Global Leadership Training Program(GLTP)とは？
複数カ国のファシリテーションのプロが合同で行う、グローバル・リーダーシップ育成プログラムです。これまでオンラインで5期開催し、20カ国以上300名近い方が参加、ついにオフライン化が叶いました！
■参加者の声
💭英語で自分の将来について語る場があることで、より国際的な舞台に立つ上での自信や、心構えが身についたように思う。
💭海外の人の使っている「自然な」英語表現を学び、自分で使ってみるという楽しみが実行できた。
💭議論の場面では、日本では出てこない視点が現れ、議論の幅が広がった。
💭海外の人々と何らかのプロジェクトを成し遂げた成功体験となり、自信を得ることができた。

<What’s gonna happen?>
The theme of this three-day leadership summit will be “Developing the Leader Within Me!” In this training, we will go deeper into the transformational leadership theory developed by Bernard Bass, as well as the teachings of Stephen Covey and John Maxwell with their books The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Developing the Leader Within You.
Don’t forget that these teachings will be mixed with many new face-to-face dynamics, so everyone will be able to put these ideas into practice as soon as possible! This will be complemented by the realization of your leadership development plan,, where each participant will be able to put their new skills into practice! Not to mention the possibility of working with and learning from old batchmate friends or new friends from other batches!
We will also bring guest speakers from numerous organizations to share their insights on how to apply our leadership content in your work life based on their own experiences!
<What will you learn?>
-What is true leadership? Different leadership theories
-Finding the leadership attributes unique to individuals
-How to develop visions for self and organization/team
-Developing effective leadership habits, skills and attributes
-Learning interpersonal skills: communicating effectively, conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, decision-making
-Leader as enabler: empowerment, coaching, collaboration
-Other leadership competencies necessary to lead effectively in a globalized setting
